IAEA chief: In Ukraine, our teams continue working on the ground. Since 2022, we’ve deployed 217 missions to all nuclear sites in the country, including ZNPP and Chornobyl, where safety conditions remain deeply concerning. At the URC2025 in Italy, I signed an agreement to support repairs to the New Safe Confinement at Chornobyl, help strengthen Ukraine’s uranium production capacity, and more.
