The latest promotional film, "Encounter," for the second Golden Panda Awards has made its stunning debut! The awards will take place from September 12 to 13 in Chengdu, in southwest China's Sichuan Province. Acclaimed Chinese director Chen Kaige will serve as jury chair. Distinguished international guests have also been invited to join this celebration of cinema and culture. They include French filmmaker Vincent Perez, Hussein Fahmy, President of the Cairo International Film Festival and Turkish director Nuri Bilge Ceylan.
