With less than 100 days to go before the official launch of the independent customs operations in Hainan Free Trade Port, a promotion and policy interpretation conference was held in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) on September 9. More than 400 participants attended the event, including officials from the Hong Kong SAR government, heads of central government institutions in Hong Kong, and enterprises from Hainan and Hong Kong.
