As the United Nations celebrates its 80th anniversary in 2025, CGTN is collaborating with global content creators to launch the "One Home: Shared Future" visual storytelling campaign, encouraging young people worldwide to share their hopes for humanity's future.

Sheeba Unnikrishnan is from a fishing family in Thrissur city, Kerala state, India. In this episode, she shares how an entrepreneur helped improve her life. Sheeba's husband is a fisherman whose income is just enough to cover their family's expenses. With support from the local Society for Assistance to Fisherwomen (SAF), Sheeba received training, start-up funds, and technical assistance to launch her paper plate business. She gradually moved from a tough start to gaining market recognition. After finding success, Sheeba's family went from financial struggle to owning a new house and a car, and they can now provide their children with better education, which makes Sheeba proud of herself.
