Techo International Airport, the new airport for Cambodia's capital #PhnomPenh, commenced official operations on Tuesday, becoming the biggest airport in the Southeast Asian country. The opening was marked by the arrival of the first commercial flight operated by Air Cambodia, welcomed with a traditional water salute. Construction of TIA began in 2020, with China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. as the main contractor.
