He made the remarks while delivering a speech at the opening ceremony of the 2025 Golden Panda International Cultural Forum, which kicked off on Saturday in southwest China's Sichuan Province.

The forum, themed "Harmony in Diversity, A Future in Unity," brings together top voices from China and abroad for a cultural exchange of ideas.
