On the jury to judge TV dramas at this year's Golden Panda Awards in Chengdu, China, American visual effects supervisor Joel Hynek emphasized the value of cross-cultural exchange during an interview with CGTN's Zhang Meng. "That's one of the great things about the Golden Panda Awards – the mix of cultures and the learning we gain through the variety of TV shows."
When discussing his first visit to Chengdu, Hynek expressed enthusiasm, saying, "I might even consider moving here!" He also praised the scale and organization of the Golden Panda Awards and said he looks forward to future editions.
