Chinese, U.S. teams reconvene for 2nd day of economic, trade talks in Madrid

The Chinese and U.S. delegations reconvened in Madrid, Spain, on Monday for the second day of their talks on economic and trade issues.

The U.S. side told CGTN that talks were due to start at 9:18 a.m.
