The Chinese delegation arrived at the Santa Cruz Palace in Madrid, Spain, on Monday to begin the second day of economic and trade talks with the United States.

The Chinese delegation was headed by Vice Premier He Lifeng, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee.
