Following two days of China-U.S. trade talks in Madrid, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent revealed that the delegations have established a framework for a potential deal on TikTok. Describing the discussions as "very good," Bessent said the talks focused significantly on the social media platform. Future trade negotiations are planned for next month at a new location. The meetings, held at Madrid's Santa Cruz Palace, also covered topics such as U.S. tariff measures and export controls, according to China's Ministry of Commerce.
