The Chinese and U.S. delegations reconvened on Monday for the second day of economic and trade talks at the Santa Cruz Palace in Madrid, Spain. 

According to a spokesperson for China's Ministry of Commerce, the two sides will discuss issues such as the U.S. unilateral tariff measures, the abuse of export controls and TikTok.
