2025 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Home to diverse ethnic groups, including the Uygur, Kazakh, Kirgiz and etc., this fertile land thrives as people from various backgrounds come together, creating a vibrant chapter of shared happiness.

The main figure in this story, Parhat Arkin, is an outdoor photographer from Xinjiang who loves extreme sports. Over the past 11 years, he has worked with both local and international brands, demonstrating his professional skills on the global stage as a Chinese photographer. Looking ahead, he hopes to create his own unique work—capturing Xinjiang's stories through photos and sharing the region's beauty with the world—ranging from childhood memories of his parents watching the Twelve Muqam performances to the detailed patterns woven into every household's carpets.
