2025 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Home to diverse ethnic groups, this fertile land thrives as people of all ethnic backgrounds walk hand in hand, writing a vivid chapter of shared happiness.

In this episode, Shirali Abdurixit, a bionic robotics engineer hailing from a small county in Kashi, shares his journey of innovation. Inspired by his father, a carpenter who served as his role model, Shirali honed his hands-on skills from an early age. As a child, he would routinely take apart household radios and VCD players to explore how they worked. Today, as a research and development engineer, he uses his own facial data to train robots to recognize human expressions. Shirali is committed to building a "Made in China" bionic robots industry in Xinjiang and to sharing stories of innovation and resilience with a distinct Xinjiang imprint on the global stage.
