European and American tech policies are blocking the development of a more global and collaborative innovation ecosystem with China as a critical participant, said Web Summit Founder Paddy Cosgrave in an interview with CGTN's Guan Xin.  He warned that such a short-term approach would ultimately harm the West far more than China.
