The Duku Highway traverses the Tianshan Mountains from north to south. Dubbed China's "most scenic highway," it offers travelers the chance to experience all four seasons in a single day.
However, it's only passable for four months of the year. When Wusu was chosen to host the ceremony marking the highway's reopening, choreographer Mayila Yasin and folk activity organizer Yu Fang were on hand to represent the city in the best possible light.
Stay tuned for "A Tale of My City: Wusu," a CGTN production that premieres on September 24, 2025.
