A Smart Dragon-3 rocket launched from an offshore platform near Rizhao, successfully deploying the Geely-06 constellation of satellites into their target orbit as part of China's growing commercial satellite network. The launch occurred at 15:56 Beijing Time from waters off eastern China's Shandong Province. Operated by the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, this mission was the eighth flight of the Smart Dragon-3.
