The Chinese documentary "Hotline Beijing" held its Hollywood premiere in Los Angeles on September 22. U.S. film producer and actor Pete Allman praised the film, saying the 12345 public service hotline system is excellent and could be adopted not only in Los Angeles but across the United States.
