Located in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Bosten Lake is the country's largest inland freshwater lake with outflows, often called the "West Sea." At its Dahekou Scenic Area, named after the Kaidu River's entry into the lake, visitors see endless waters that blend smoothly with the sky. Wide reed beds line the shores, while flocks of waterfowl circle gracefully overhead, creating a vivid scene of harmony between water and life. Dahekou not only represents the grandeur of nature but also highlights the unique aquatic beauty of southern Xinjiang.
