Alikut Dilxat is one of the youngest Chinese climbers to conquer Mount Qomolangma.

On May 19, 2024, at just 16 years old, he successfully reached the top of the world's highest peak, setting a new record as China's youngest summiteer.

Alikut's path to mountaineering is closely tied to the influence and support of his father, Dilxat Abdurexit. With his guidance, the young climber began exploring various outdoor sports at an early age.

Under the midday sun of wushi, father and son train by ice climbing on a gleaming glacier. The exercise is not only practice but also a source of joy.

Continually reaching new heights is this mountaineer's way of embodying youthful vitality.
