Lee said the HKSAR government and CMG have maintained close cooperation over the years in areas such as promotions for major holidays, policy interpretation and emergency response. He noted that CMG has presented true, objective and impartial reports that reflect Hong Kong's transition from chaos to stability and prosperity, effectively countering external bias and enhancing Hong Kong's international image.

The ceremony marked a new stage of cooperation between CMG and various sectors in Hong Kong, Lee said, adding that a series of practical measures will not only meet the needs of national strategies but also respond to the expectations of Hong Kong society and the residents' aspirations for a better life.

Shen said that, as the world's largest all-media organization with the widest business scope and coverage, CMG has given full play to its strength in integrated communication and media resources to help the HKSAR better integrate into the overall development of the country.

He noted that during the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, CMG presented a grand and solemn media coverage. The reports were warmly received by Hong Kong residents, further consolidating the strong patriotic strength of loving both the country and Hong Kong.

As the host broadcaster of the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, and the 9th National Special Olympic Games, CMG will make all-out efforts to showcase the events, promote the Chinese sports spirit, and highlight the vitality of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to the world.

CMG is willing to work with the HKSAR government and friends from all sectors to pursue innovation, open a new chapter of cooperation, and advance the steady and long-term implementation of "One Country, Two Systems."

The 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities, and the 9th National Special Olympic Games will be held across Guangdong, HKSAR and Macao SAR from November to December.
