Typhoon Bualoi made landfall Vietnam's Hà Tĩnh Province in the early hours of September 29, killing at least 12 people, injuring 20 and leaving 21 missing.
The typhoon previously hit the Philippines, where the death toll has risen to 11 with 14 people still missing and over 400,000 displaced.
