The Chinese Pavilion at the Osaka World Expo held a National Day flag-raising ceremony on Wednesday morning. Chinese Consul General in Osaka Xue Jian attended the event, praising the pavilion for welcoming more than 1.7 million visitors since its opening. Organizers said the ceremony symbolized China's spirit of openness and friendship with the world.
