The death toll in Tuesday's magnitude-6.9 earthquake that struck the central Philippines has been revised down to 68 after earlier reports put the number at 72, and the figure for injured people rose to 559, according to the latest data released by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Friday.
