Siddharth Chatterjee, UN resident coordinator in China, told CGTN's Tian Wei that China has lifted nearly 800 million people out of extreme poverty through strong political will, effective public policies and strategic partnerships. He said China inspires him with the sense that what has been achieved there can offer valuable lessons for other countries.
