A CGTN stringer in South Korea invited locals to randomly select different flavors of mooncakes and taste them. He captured their reactions and evaluations at first bite and asked them to share their understanding of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

One resident, Lee Il-ho, said he knows that in China, the Mid-Autumn Festival is a day for travel, family reunions and enjoying mooncakes, and that a big gala is broadcast on TV to celebrate the occasion.
