The China-Laos Railway, a flagship Belt and Road Initiative project, has transported more than 4.18 million tonnes of goods this year, a 10 percent rise from last year. The total trade value surpassed 20 billion yuan (about $2.81 billion), underscoring the railway's role as a catalyst for regional connectivity and economic transformation.
