Apple CEO Tim Cook made his first stop in China at Pop Mart's THE MONSTERS 10th anniversary exhibition in Shanghai on Monday. The event marked the start of Cook's trip to China, attracting attention from both tech and pop culture communities.

At the exhibition, Cook warmly interacted with Wang Ning, the founder of Pop Mart, and Kasing Lung, the artist who created Labubu, as they toured displays of original Labubu sketches and a variety of products. Lung gave a live demo of creating Labubu illustrations on an iPad Pro, while Wang presented Cook with a surprise gift.

This year celebrates the 10th anniversary of Labubu, one of Pop Mart's most iconic characters. To mark the occasion, Pop Mart has launched a year-long global tour for THE MONSTERS series, with Shanghai as its first stop. The exhibition features a large collection of Lung's original artworks and products from past editions of THE MONSTERS.
