In northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a father-and-son photography duo and local conservation workers captured rare scenes of snow leopards thriving once again in the wild. From tracking elusive snow leopards with infrared cameras to restoring grasslands and reducing human activity in key habitats, local residents and officials are joining hands to protect the region's rich wildlife.
