In July 2024, an event titled "Zhi-Xing China: U.S.-China Youth Leaders Dialogue" was held at Peking University in Beijing. With the participation of over 200 youths from nearly 50 universities across China and the U.S., the event featured dialogues on topics including youth exchanges, climate and technology. Participants also took part in activities such as table tennis and cultural workshops, which deepened their friendships and enhanced their understanding of traditional Chinese culture.
In recent years, China has organized a series of Sino-U.S. youth exchange programs aimed at fostering mutual understanding among the younger generation and promoting the healthy development of bilateral relations.
Youth can use their vibrant energy to serve as bridges between different cultures. Join CGTN's "Act To Action" social campaign, where we invite youth from all APEC economies to share their stories and ideas on global governance. Let's show the power of youth!
