The tennis world will be treated to a rerun of last year's showpiece showdown at the Six Kings Slam in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, after World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz of Spain and second-ranked Jannik Sinner of Italy both advanced in style to set up a scintillating Saturday final.

Alcaraz subdued the USA's Taylor Fritz 6-2, 6-4 in front of a packed house on Thursday, mixing brutal acceleration with the delicate touch that has become his trademark. Sinner, meanwhile, continued his tear through the season by dismissing Serbian legend Novak Djokovic 6-2, 6-4.

Djokovic, gracious in defeat, underlined both his competitive hunger and the realities of a changing guard. "There is so much to celebrate. I would like it if someone could trade a younger body with me. Just for a year so I can try to win against these guys," he said.

"That would be nice, but jokes aside, I still have the drive," the 38-year-old added. "I know it's becoming much more difficult for me to get a win against Jannik and Carlos. I'm gonna keep on challenging them until it happens."
