In an interview with China Media Group's Leaders Talk, UN Women's Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific Christine Arab praised China's significant achievements in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment. She highlighted the country's advances in education, employment and legislation, noting that "about 55 percent of China's internet entrepreneurs are women," and that "China's progress in fields traditionally dominated by men, such as engineering, is truly impressive."
