China Media Group (CMG), the only media outlet participating in 8K signal production for the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, sent its first load of broadcasting equipment to Italy on Monday. CMG will, for the first time in history, be responsible for the production of a 4K ultra high-definition international signal for figure skating and short track speed skating events at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
