Recently, Icelandic President Halla Tómasdóttir visited China for the Global Leaders' Meeting on Women held by China in Beijing. During her visit, she praised China's 2060 carbon neutrality goal, saying she believes the country will outperform even its own goals, which gives hope to the world. She also noted that cooperation with China can help Iceland make a global impact on climate action.
