Global Stringer

2025 marks the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. What changes have taken place in China over the past five years? How do young people worldwide perceive them? CGTN Stringer interviewed foreign youth familiar with China to share their insights on the country's technological progress, lifestyle, culture, and economy.

In this episode, young people from France, Brazil, Iran, and Uzbekistan share their impressions of China. Abdullaeva Dinora from Uzbekistan praised China's high-speed rail network, noting that with the world's largest system, even relatively remote cities are usually accessible by high-speed rail. Gabriel Gavazzi from Brazil reflected on his trip to China earlier this year, saying that the Chinese brand tri-fold smartphone he saw in Shanghai left a strong impression on him.
