The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on Friday briefed the media on the guiding principles and major outcomes of the fourth plenary session of its 20th Central Committee, which adopted a key document shaping China's next phase of development.
Jiang Jinquan, director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, said the most important outcome of the session was the review and adoption of the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development.
