A group of European scholars from Hungarian think tanks has begun a visit to southwest China, starting their journey on Thursday in Sichuan Province. At the Sanxingdui Museum in Guanghan City, they traced thousands of years of history through the gold and bronze masks unearthed at the Sanxingdui archaeological site. Fully immersed in local culture, the scholars also enjoyed spicy hotpot in Chengdu, while watching a Sichuan opera performance featuring the art's iconic face-changing technique. Stay tuned for more on their journey!
