Spain seizes 1.7 tonnes of hashish after high-speed sea chase

Spanish police seized 1.7 tonnes of hashish off the coast of Chipiona in the southern province of Cadiz. Four people were detained during the operation, which involved two patrol boats and a helicopter. Authorities said other boats tried to block access to the vessel carrying the drugs.
