This year's race features five categories ranging from 10 to 100 kilometers, with a total of 14 batches, in a race that has been upgraded in terms of funding, staffing, and services. This year's event includes over 200 international runners and is being live streamed online, showcasing both the race and the beautiful mountain scenery.

At the foot of the mountain, a tourism carnival with over 60 booths and 10,000 visitors on Deqing County's Yu Street offers a feast of culture and entertainment to visitors, from agricultural products and intangible cultural displays to cultural and creative products. The series of vibrant events has booked out every nearby B&B.

In 2025, the race was extended to three days, and the number of overnight visitors rose to 30,000. More than 150 B&Bs were fully booked during the race. The Kailas Mogan Mountain Running Race has evolved into a powerful engine driving regional development.
