During the 7th U.S.-China Sister Cities Conference, Marc Elrich, the county executive of Montgomery County in Maryland, shared some wonderful memories about the American youth pickleball exchange team's visit to China in April. He also shared some personal thoughts on the importance of cultural exchanges.
