China: U.S. should take concrete actions to create necessary conditions for cooperation

China expresses sympathy for the American people suffering from the fentanyl crisis, and it has provided assistance to the United States and achieved positive results, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on Wednesday.
