As the capital city of Liaoning Province, Shenyang is also a gateway for friendly cooperation between the Republic of Korea and China. Currently, ROK has become Liaoning's second-largest trading partner and third-largest source of foreign investment. As one of Shenyang's landmark buildings, the Shengjing Grand Theatre resembles a diamond when viewed from above and serves as a modern, well-equipped venue for high-brow art.
