Slovenia will issue its first batch of panda bonds next year to widen its investor base, said Klemen Boštjančič, the country's finance minister, in an interview with CGTN's Michael Wang in Shanghai. He added that Slovenia has the flexibility and technical talent to become a gateway for Chinese capital entering Europe.
