The 32nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting is scheduled from October 31 to November 1 in Gyeongju, the Republic of Korea, under the theme "Building a Sustainable Tomorrow: Connect, Innovate, Prosper." CGTN has launched the "Act To Action" social campaign, inviting young people from APEC economies to share their stories on global governance.

South Korean vlogger Kim Jeong-won was very happy that this year's conference is being held in her home country. When she was a senior in college, she participated in an activity called "Zero Waste Challenge," and developed habits like cutting down on disposable items, sorting garbage and carrying shopping bags when going out. At the same time, through exposure to the cultures of APEC member countries and regions, she also deepened her understanding and interest in different cultures. Kim hopes that people from all countries and regions can enhance exchanges and continue to narrow the psychological distance between each other.
