The Vice President of the All-China Women's Federation, Huang Xiaowei, says China is willing to provide more opportunities and guarantees for global women's affairs in order to help advance women's causes. Huang was speaking at the G20 Empowerment of Women Ministerial meeting in Johannesburg, South Africa.
