The 32nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting was scheduled from October 31 to November 1 in Gyeongju, the Republic of Korea, under the theme "Building a Sustainable Tomorrow: Connect, Innovate, Prosper." CGTN launched the "Act to Action" social campaign, inviting young people from APEC economies to share their stories on global governance.

Chilean youth Raquel Herrera is most interested in the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI). AI is transforming the way people work and communicate. However, it also brings ethical, environmental and social challenges. She hopes that international cooperation can ensure AI is used fairly, transparently and sustainably without deepening inequality or harming the planet.
