When the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) was established over three decades ago, one of its key missions was to encourage economic and technical cooperation. As an important member of APEC, China has consistently adhered to the principles of openness, inclusiveness, and win-win cooperation, actively participating in and leading the APEC cooperation process.
