Humanoid robots with embodied intelligence reinforcement learning technology were deployed on production lines at a factory in Shanghai, China on November 3. This is the world's first use of such robots in an industrial scenarios.
The robots, equipped with the "Real-World Reinforcement Learning" technology, can skip lab training to learn directly on the factory floor. A robot used to take weeks or even months to learn a new skill at a training facility, but now it can master the skill in about twelve minutes on the job site.
With a high-precision coordination system, the humanoid robots also feature excellent stability and a 100 percent task completion rate.
