China's Ministry of Commerce announced on Wednesday that in implementing the consensus reached through the China-U.S. economic and trade talks in Kuala Lumpur, China will continue to suspend for one year, effective from November 10, the unreliable entity list measures it announced on April 4 this year targeting some U.S. companies.
Also effective from November 10, China will remove the relevant unreliable entity list measures it announced on March 4 against some U.S. companies, a ministry spokesperson said in a statement.
The spokesperson added that domestic enterprises can apply and trade with the above-mentioned U.S. firms once their applications are approved.
