Fengjing Ancient Town, a national 4A scenic spot located in Shanghai's Jinshan District, serves as the "Southwestern Gateway" to Shanghai. With a history spanning over 1500 years and officially founded during the Yuan Dynasty, the town lies at the crossroads of the ancient Wu-Yue border. Its scenic waterways are linked by 52 ancient bridges, including the 700-year-old Zhihe Bridge from the Yuan era, and lined with well-preserved Ming-Qing architecture.
