The 32nd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting concluded successfully in the Republic of Korea (ROK) on November 1. The meeting brought together leaders and representatives from 21 member economies to discuss regional economic cooperation, trade and investment facilitation, and sustainable development. 

Park Ji-yu, a youth representative from the ROK, notes the importance of the gathering when it comes to cooperation and the sharing of ideas. A thriving economy is the foundation for the future, and it is young people who have the most to look forward to in terms of better education, jobs and services. Besides being a youth representative, Park Ji-yu is also an actor with film shoots in countries like Thailand and Japan already under her belt. Speaking on a brighter future, she believes that continuous exchange keeps culture and the arts thriving.
